Earlier this month, Solidigm officially launched its first consumer-grade NVMe SSD product Solidigm P41 Plus, this product uses PCIe 4.0×4 specification, uses QLC flash memory, 1TB 90 US dollars (about 606.6 yuan).
According to the official news of Huirong Technology, Solidigm P41 Plus adopts 144-layer 3D QLC and Huirong Technology SM2269XT main control chip, the sequential read capacity reaches 4125MB/s, the sequential write capacity reaches 3325MB/s, the random read capacity reaches 390K IOPS, and the random read capacity reaches 390K IOPS. Writes hit 540K IOPS. In terms of capacity, it has three versions of 512GB, 1TB and 2TB, and the corresponding durability is 200TBW, 400TBW and 600TBW respectively.
The Solidigm P41 Plus has been listed on Newegg, 512GB for $50 (about 337 yuan), 1TB for $90 (about 606.6 yuan), and 2TB for $190 (about 1288.2 yuan). Not yet listed in the country.
Regarding Solidigm, it was originally part of Intel’s storage business and is currently an independent subsidiary of SK Hynix in the United States. Solidigm is headquartered in San Jose, California, USA, with nearly 2,000 employees and offices in 20 locations around the world.
