Sigma’s new 50mm F1.4 DG DN｜Art is a full-frame mirrorless mirror with a head weight of 670g, a structure of 11 groups of 14 elements, a minimum focusing distance of 45cm, and a maximum magnification of 1:6.8. The filter size is 72mm. The lens will be available in E-mount and L-mount versions.
In addition, Sony will also release a 50mm F1.4 GM lens in the near future. According to sources, this lens is expected to be more compact and more affordable than Sony’s current 50mm F1.2 GM lens. Its size is expected to be similar to the 35mm F1.4 GM.
