Square Enix release, tri-Ace built the latest Star Ocean series “Star Ocean 6: The Divine Force” is now officially on sale, landing PC, PS5, PS4, XSX|S, and Xbox One platforms.
The game features a plot that blends SF and fantasy worldviews, a rich cast of actionable characters and a side story, and a battle system that makes it easy to enjoy the thrill of battle.
IGN believes that Star Ocean has brought modern gamers to the forefront. The improved combat mechanics bring a new twist to a previously limited system, offering a level of freedom and flexibility not seen before.
The main characters are still charming, but the worlds they explore and the animated renditions along the way are far less captivating. I also wish the interface issues weren’t so annoying, but overall Star Ocean 6 at least proves that Square Enix’s sci-fi JRPGs are worth another shot.
The Steam platform shows a minimum i7-7700 + GTX 1060 6 GB level of configuration is required, and i7-8700K + RTX 2070 or higher is recommended.
