According to the game media IGN report, Sega and Tencent do not intend to participate in the E3 2023 game show. A number of game manufacturers have previously confirmed that they will not participate in E3, including Xbox, Nintendo, PlayStation, Ubisoft and more.
A Sega spokesperson told IGN: “After careful consideration, we have decided not to participate in E3 2023. we look forward to sharing more information about announced and unannounced projects in the future”.
The company said Play Days was the ideal solution to showcase its games to the media.
