According to foreign technology, media 9to5Google reported that Samsung recently released a firmware update to Galaxy Watch 5, and Galaxy Watch 4. But after the update, the user feedback appeared after “raise the wrist to light up the screen”, the watch immediately locked itself and returned to a sleep state.
Samsung has not officially acknowledged the problem, and it is not clear how many Samsung Galaxy Watch users are affected.
