Samsung is no longer pushing updates to the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy A50, and Galaxy A30 phones.
Samsung launched the Galaxy S10 series in 2019 with an official commitment to provide updates for 4 years. Samsung is not stopping updates for all models in the series, the Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy S10 Lite models will continue to receive quarterly security updates.
Samsung updated its system upgrade policy last year, extending the update period for its flagship devices by one year. Smartphone users can now get five years of security updates and four years of new “major” OS versions. However, this only applies to smartphones starting with the Galaxy S21.
