Samsung no longer pushes updates to the Galaxy A40 and Tab S5e

News

Samsung has announced that it will no longer push updates to devices like the Galaxy A40 and Galaxy Tab S5e starting this month. Samsung launched the Galaxy A40 and A10 phones in the spring of 2019, and the 4-year support cycle has ended.

The Samsung Galaxy A20e, Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A80 phones will also stop support in the next 2-3 months.

On the tablet side, Samsung announced that it will no longer push updates to the Galaxy Tab S5e (SM-T72x) and Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (SM-T51x)
