In the month of May, the Samsung M8 smart monitor became official and was available for sale a few weeks after its launch. But now the smart monitor is getting a discount which cuts some cash off its original price at launch. The discount is currently available on the company’s JD mall online store and is available in China.
We aren’t sure how long this discount will run, but it brings down the monitor’s price to 3899 Yuan (~$560) from 4999 Yuan (~$717). The discount chops off 1100 Yuan (~$160) from the original retail price of this monitor, which is impressive. Let us now take a brief look at what this monitor brings to the table.

Starting with its screen, the Samsung M8 smart monitor comes with a 32-inch QLED 4K display it also supports HDR-10 with a 16:9 aspect ratio. For its audio abilities, it comes with a 2.2-channel audio speaker with Adaptive Sound+ for an immersive experience. It also comes with a rich array of ports for connectivity.
It runs on Tizen OS, as we see on smart televisions from Samsung. This means that the Samsung M8 can be a monitor and television at the same time. It comes with the following colour options White, Green, Pink, and Blue.
