Samsung previously demonstrated its first 89-inch MicroLED TV at the 2023 Home Appliances and Electronics World Expo (AWE 2023) in China.
This TV is now on the market in South Korea, the model is MNA89MS1BACXKR, priced at 130 million won.
“Starting with the 89-inch model, we will expand the Micro LED lineup to 76, 101 and 114 inches to expand consumers’ choice of ultra-high-end TVs and lead the market by maintaining the super gap in next-generation display technology,” said Taehwan Hwang, vice president of Samsung Electronics Korea.
Samsung’s 89-inch MicroLED TV uses inorganic self-luminous technology, which has advantages in terms of service life, efficiency, speed, and reliability.
In addition, it is equipped with an advanced Micro AI processor, has more than 20 million micro LED chips, supports HDR10, HDR10 + technology, and has a maximum brightness of 2000nit.
According to reports, it is also equipped with 6.2.2CH speaker 100W audio, supports Dolby Atmos, supports OTS Pro audio and video tracking technology, as well as intelligent sound control AVA technology and μ-symphony function, which can clear the sound according to the surrounding sound environment, so that the TV and audio can sound harmoniously.
