The latest tweet from reliable source Revegnuse says that Samsung’s System LSI division is developing the next-generation Exynos processor, which will be mass-produced using the 3nm process and will be internally called the Dream Galaxy chip.

Sources say Samsung’s MX division has assembled a dedicated team of more than 1,000 people, including a senior semiconductor expert tapped from Apple.

It is learned from a follow-up tweet that the Samsung Galaxy S25 series flagship will be the first to be equipped with this processor, with the goal of integrating modems, UWB and all other chips.
