Samsung G•NUSMAS is the South Korean company’s new avatar with a very interesting backstory. Unlike other avatars that Samsung has put to use, this new one poses as an alien behind the company’s innovations. This character will come to the Samsung ecosystem as a virtual avatar for the younger generation.
There are a few interesting things about this new alien avatar that catch our fancy. First will be its looks, as Samsung went for a look that depicts their business by using the colour blue. For its looks, the Samsung G•NUSMAS reminisces an ant with two antennas at thee top of its head with big bulgy eyes.

Another fun thing about this virtual avatar is its name and “planet of origin.” According to Samsung, the G•NUSMAS comes from a planet that is 100 million light years away from earth, and it is called Nowus-129. The name of this virtual avatar is the word “Samsung” spelt backwards. Its planet is the location of “Samsung headquarters” spelt backwards as well.
The Samsung G•NUSMAS will official launch as a part of the Samsung virtual family at IFA 2022. During and after its launch, the company promises to release short clips on the story behind G•NUSMAS. This character will also feature during future Samsung launch events, such as the Galaxy S23 series launch.
