Samsung has introduced a new tablet, the Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro. The product also features military-grade ruggedness for those who use it outdoors. The software includes the Samsung Knox security platform to ensure data security.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro tablet is relatively thin and light with a thickness of 10.2 mm and a weight of 674 grams. To enhance its ruggedness, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which is more scratch-resistant than its predecessors. With the included protective cover, the tablet can withstand drops of 1 meter or 1.2 meters.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro tablet and the integrated S Pen are both IP68 rated for dust and water resistance. It is also MIL-STD-810H compliant, so it can withstand extreme altitude, temperature, vibration and humidity. People who work outdoors may wear gloves. Therefore, Samsung has added the option to adjust the touch sensitivity to use the device without taking off the gloves. Samsung also has a loud speaker if the user is working around a noisy machine.

Later this year, it will arrive in Asia, Latin America, North America and the Middle East for an as-yet-unannounced price.
