According to foreign technology media tabletmonkeys, the tablet computer model “SM-X115” has passed the Wi-Fi Alliance and FCC certification.
According to FCC certification information, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet is equipped with an 8-inch screen and is expected to replace the existing 8.7-inch Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. The latter will be launched in the summer of 2021 and will be priced at $159.
FCC certification documents show that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet is a 4G LTE model, equipped with the same 5100mAh capacity battery as the A7 Lite, equipped with a 15W Samsung EP-T1510 USB-C charger, and retains the 3.5mm headphone port.
Other hardware that can be identified includes GPS, BDS, Gallileo, and Glonass navigation sensors.
FCC certification documents show that the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 tablet measures 210.7mm x 124.7mm. For comparison, the length and width of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite are 212.5mm x 124.7mm.
