The source yeux1122 recently published a blog post stating that the overall design and concept of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will remain unchanged, and the screen size of the basic model will increase from the existing 6.2 inches to 6.36 inches.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 is currently equipped with 6.2 inches, the Galaxy S24 Plus is currently equipped with 6.7 inches, and the Galaxy S24 Ultra is equipped with 6.8 inches. If Samsung expands the screen size of the Galaxy S25 standard version, the Plus and Ultra versions are expected to be further enlarged.
There are currently not many revelations about the Samsung Galaxy S25 series. In terms of processor, the S25 and S25+ are expected to use the Exynos 2500 chip and retain the same 50-megapixel ISOCELL GN3 main camera as the previous generation.
It was previously reported that Samsung may purchase camera sensors from Sony, but it is currently unclear whether they will be equipped on the Galaxy S25 series.
Based on the information currently available, the Galaxy S25 series will have two major selling points. One is to expand the screen size, and the other is to add satellite communication functions.
