From the figures he gave, there will be a little upgrade when comparing the S22 Series to its coming successor. In terms of screen size, there is to be no change on the coming Samsung flagship device.

According to Ice Universe, all three devices in this series will use the same screen sizes as their predecessors. The S23 will launch with a 6.1-inch display, the S23 Plus will use a 6.6-inch screen size. The Ultra model in the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series will use a 6.8-inch display. All screen sizes above are identical to their predecessors, the Galaxy S22 Series.
The tipster went on to reveal that the major changes in the display sizes will be their widths and lengths. The coming series might also improvements to the peak brightness, power consumption, and overall screen specs. More information on this device will be available in the coming weeks.
