The blogger Digital Gossip Station broke the news that the Samsung Galaxy S23 battery capacity is rated at 3785mAh. as a small screen flagship, the Galaxy S23 has a small improvement over the previous generation Galaxy S22 (Galaxy S22 battery is 3700mAh), but the gap with the competitor Xiaomi 12S is obvious, with a rear battery capacity of 4500mAh.
According to the news, the Galaxy S23 is the smallest of the three Samsung models, with a 6.1-inch screen and three dimensions of 146.3 x 70.8 x 7.6mm, which is comparable to the Galaxy S22 and is stress-free to operate with one hand.
At its core, the Samsung Galaxy S23 is powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor. Compared to the Snapdragon 8 powered by the previous Galaxy S22, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 used in the Galaxy S23 is a significant upgrade.
For starters, the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 is based on a 4nm process from TSMC and will feature a new “1+2+2+3” architecture, with the mega-core being upgraded to Cortex X3, the big core being upgraded to Cortex A715 and the small core remaining the same as the Cortex A510.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen2 will have a 2.84GHz mega-core, 2.4GHz large-core and 1.8GHz small-core, and an Adreno 740 GPU, with a possible 1.2 million points.
The device will debut in Q1 2023.
