The entire Samsung Galaxy S23 series is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips, which improves the Samsung S23 series CPU by about 30%, NPU architecture performance by about 49% and GPU by about 41% compared to the S22 series. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra supports real-time ray tracing.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 + and Galaxy S23 are equipped with 6.8-inch, 6.6-inch and 6.1-inch dynamic AMOLED screens of the second generation, respectively. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has optimized the curvature of the curved screen for a flatter and wider visual effect.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 series also comes with an enhanced comfort feature that adjusts the hue and contrast of the screen to help reduce eyestrain.
