Samsung recently quietly launched its latest smartphone Galaxy M15 5G in some markets including Iraq and the Levant. Although the official price and launch time of the new phone have not yet been announced, Samsung has listed the detailed specifications of the phone on its official website.
The Galaxy M15 5G is equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The display has a brightness of 800 nits, allowing content to be displayed clearly even outdoors. In terms of appearance design, the Galaxy M15 5G maintains a similar style to its predecessors, with three rear cameras and a slightly rounded frame that provides a comfortable grip. In terms of color matching, there are three options: light blue, dark blue and gray.
In terms of performance, although Samsung officials have not officially confirmed the processor model of the new machine, they mentioned that it is an eight-core processor with a main frequency of 2.2GHz. Based on the previously exposed information, it should be MediaTek’s Dimensity 6100+ processor. In addition, the machine has 4GB of memory and 128GB of storage space, and supports MicroSD card expansion of up to 1TB.
In terms of imaging, the Galaxy M15 5G rear three-camera system uses a combination of 50MP main camera + 5MP ultra-wide-angle + 2MP macro lens, and the front is a 13MP camera.
The Galaxy M15 5G ships with the latest Android 14 operating system, and Samsung promises four generations of Android updates and five years of security patch updates. In terms of battery life, the Galaxy M15 5G is equipped with a 6000mAh large-capacity battery and supports 25W fast charging. It is worth mentioning that the Galaxy M15 5G also retains the 3.5mm headphone jack and uses a side fingerprint recognition unlocking solution.
