Samsung Galaxy M13 5G phone announced: equipped with Tiangui 700 chip, 50 megapixel camera, from about $1176

Samsung today announced the Galaxy M13 5G low-end phone, equipped with MediaTek Tiangui 700 processor and One UI system based on Android 12.

Specifically, the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G features a 6.5-inch HD + Infinity-V LCD display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a display refresh rate of 90 Hz. In addition, the waterdrop screen contains a 5-megapixel selfie camera. A 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth camera are on the rear.

On the chip side, the Skyguard 700 processor uses a 7nm process and includes 8 cores up to 2.2 GHz (2 x 2.2GHz Cortex-A76 + 6 x 2GHz Cortex-A55 CPUs), an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and a 5G modem.

The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G phone includes 4GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB storage, expandable up to 1TB via micro SD card, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.1 support, side fingerprint reader, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack. In addition, the phone has a built-in 5000 mAh battery and supports 15W charging.

The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G smartphone is priced from $175 (about $1176).
