Samsung Galaxy M04 appears on the Indian website, should be Galaxy A04e renamed version

Samsung is expected to launch a new entry-level smartphone in India, according to MySmartPrice. Although there is no specific date for the release of the new model, the Galaxy M04 support page is now online on the Samsung India website.

The support page on Samsung’s website confirms the Galaxy M04 phone model number as SM-M045F. The user manual further confirms that the Galaxy M04 will be launched in India as a renamed version of the Galaxy A04e, which has the model number SM-A042F.

For comparison, the Galaxy A04e features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen, a MediaTek Helio G35 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and a built-in 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support.

MySmartPrice notes that the Galaxy M04 may come in a different color version than the Galaxy A04e and is expected to come with OneUI Core 4.1 based on Android 12.
