The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is Samsung’s first phone of 2023, and the device comes preinstalled running One UI 5.0 based on Android 13. Now, the Galaxy A14 5G has started getting the One UI 5.1 update, which brings more features and greater stability. The update is currently rolling out in some Asian countries/regions such as India or Sri Lanka.
The One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy A14 5G brings the phone’s firmware version up to A146BXXU1BWC3 and also brings a March 2023 security patch that fixes more than 50 security vulnerabilities found in Galaxy smartphones.

Also, the Samsung Galaxy M13 5G phone started receiving One UI 5.1 update, first live in India. the One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy M13 5G comes with firmware version M136BXXU2CWB3 and also brings a security patch for February 2023 that fixes dozens of security vulnerabilities.

To update your Galaxy phone to One UI 5.1, interested users should go to Settings ” Software Update and click Download and Install.
The One UI 5.1 update improves the built-in apps, and the Gallery album app has an improved search function that allows you to search for multiple themes at once. It also provides an easier way to view and edit the EXIF information. Simply tap on a face to search for all images using the same person. Three new widgets have been added, two for batteries and one for dynamic weather information.
The Modes & Routines app now has more options and features, including font styles, quick sharing, ringtones, and wallpaper. In split-screen multitasking, which can now be opened with a two-finger swipe up gesture, the phone displays frequently used apps first. It also speeds up the multitasking process. The application’s window can be dragged to minimize or maximize it.
Users can also select a custom folder where they want to save all screenshots. The Smart Suggestions widget now displays recommended music and playlists from spotify. The Media Out switch also displays Wi-Fi speakers, including those with Spotify Connect and Chromecast support.
