Samsung recently issued a press release confirming that it will push the One UI 6.1 system update based on Android 14 to Galaxy models that meet the upgrade requirements starting in late March 2024.
Samsung revealed in a press release the first Galaxy smartphones and tablets to be adapted:

Galaxy S23
Galaxy S23+
Galaxy S23 Ultra
Galaxy S23 FE
Galaxy Tab S9
Galaxy Tab S9+
Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra
Samsung aims to bring Galaxy AI capabilities to more than 100 million Galaxy smartphones, tablets and wearables by the end of 2024. The One UI 6.1 update will bring features such as browsing assistant, chat assistant, circle search, generative editing, instant slow motion, translator, real-time translation, note assistant, and transcription assistant to the above devices.
