The early PCIe 5.0 SSDs on the market are basically reading at 10,000MB/s, and recently 12,000MB/s models have started to hit the market. Soon, a mature model with 14GB/s will also be available.
According to TechPowerUp, the Sabrent Rocket X5 PCIe 5.0 SSD is currently measured at 14GB/s.

As shown above, the Sabrent Rocket X5 is a typical heatpipe + fan-cooled PCIe 5.0 SSD with read speeds of 14,179 MB/s, write speeds of 12,280 MB/s, and 4K single-threaded read speeds of 106 MB/s and write speeds of 448 MB/s.
According to the report, the SSD still uses the Qunar E26 controller, and the flash memory is Micron’s 232-layer B58R NAND, and the 14GB/s speed is probably due to the use of the latest firmware.
The latest 12,400 MB/s PCIe 5.0 SSDs from Shadowrun and Ingenuity are already available, with Shadowrun 2TB at 2599 and Ingenuity 2TB at 2699.
