According to a paid tweet recently released by Ross Young, CEO of screen supply chain consulting company DSCC, Apple began asking suppliers to mass-produce screens for the iPhone 15 series as early as June this year.
Ross Young said that Apple has high expectations for all four iPhone 15 models, and some models are expected to sell better.
Ross Young also tweeted that all iPhone 15 models have the Dynamic Island feature. The screen size of the iPhone 15 Pro model is the same as that of the iPhone 14 Pro, but the bezels will be further narrowed. Note: ProMotion (up to 120Hz variable refresh rate) and other functions are still exclusive to the Pro model.
In addition, according to Unknownz21’s tweet, the iPhone 16 Pro (D93 in Apple’s internal documents) will have a 6.3-inch display, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max (D94) will have a 6.9-inch display.
