As the third model of Roewe’s “D family”, the Roewe D5X has been unveiled at the 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show. According to multiple sources, the Roewe D5X will be launched in March 2024.

Roewe D5X adopts a trapezoidal grille design in the front and is equipped with through-type headlights. The sides and rear of the body adopt a hidden design. It provides 18-inch, 19-inch and 20-inch rims; length, width and height are 4700/1890/1664 mm, and the wheelbase is is 2765 mm and is positioned as a compact SUV.
The interior of the car adopts a suspended dual-screen design, retaining a small number of physical buttons. The steering wheel is similar in shape to the Roewe D7, and is equipped with a crystal gear lever, which enhances the interior quality.
In terms of power, the Roewe D5X is equipped with a new 1.5T turbocharged hybrid special engine. The maximum engine power is 110 kilowatts and the maximum electric motor power is 153 kilowatts. It is matched with a high-efficiency dual-motor hybrid drive. The WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is 1.27 liters. The fuel consumption is 5.25 liters, the CLTC pure electric cruising range is 135km, and the CLTC comprehensive cruising range is 1,300km.
