Meta now announced that the world’s largest multiplayer online creative game-sharing platform “Roblox” will support the Meta Quest VR series headset.
The game will be available in Beta for the Quest 2 and Quest Pro models in the coming weeks.
Meta said, “The public beta is a great opportunity for the Roblox developer community to optimize Quest’s existing games and develop new games for VR while gathering input and feedback from the Quest community.”
Roblox, a game compatible with virtual worlds, casual games, and self-built content, is currently available on iOS, Android, PC, and Xbox for all users thirteen and up.
Most of the creations in this game are user-built, ranging from FPS and RPGs to racing and puzzle solving, all of which are participated in and completed by the player’s control of these little people made up of cylinders and cube shapes. In the game, players can also develop games in a variety of formats and categories.
The Meta Quest VR series is Meta’s (formerly Facebook’s) mainstream VR headset with excellent VR performance and is currently the mainstream product in the VR market.
