The survey, commissioned by Sapio Research, tracked the cell phone use of 11,000 adults over the age of 18 in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., France, Germany, South Africa, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Brazil.
The report says a quarter of respondents use apps to limit screen time or improve concentration, though more are using Apple’s Focus and Live Activities to reduce their distractions and focus on school and work.
