Released images shed more light on ZTE Axon 40 Ultra near borderless design and specs

New images of the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra have shown it's narrow bezels and premium design, specs of the device are also available.

ZTE Axon 40 Ultra will launch on May 9, but images of the device have already hit the internet. These photos showcase the device in all its glory. Also, we have knowledge of the specs of this device, so let’s take a quick look at the design and specs of this amazing device.

The under-screen camera device will feature a 6.8-inch OLED display with a borderless design. The screen falls off the edges, but not as noticeably as on the Huawei Mate series. Thanks to the under-display camera the screen of this device has no interruption, it is a full-screen device. ZTE claims that the under-display camera will perform better than previous models as it uses a new 400PPI flexible screen camera technology. On the back, it has a triple camera setup, shaped into a vertically positioned rectangle. This setup houses three massive camera sensors.

Now for the specs of this device, the screen is a 6.8-inch OLED screen, and it supports a 120Hz refresh rate and multi-touch sampling rate at 360Hz. The device will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. This processor will come with a RAM of three variants, 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB. Storage capacity will come in four options thereby giving a user multiple options depending on their storage needs, 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. 

On the back is a triple camera setup with 64MP camera sensors, there is the main camera, an ultrawide camera, and a telephoto lens. The selfie camera is under the screen of this device and uses a 16MP sensor. For battery life, this device will use a 4900mAh battery with fast charging. The battery should carry a user a whole day on average usage. For security, the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra uses an independent security chip and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
