Recent reports have revealed that Redmi is working on its next iteration of Note branded smartphones. While some Chinese tipsters have claimed that the next lineup will be called “Note 11T,” several publications have reported that it will be the Redmi Note 12 series. Today, the company released an official confirmation that its upcoming Note lineup will be called the Redmi Note 11T series.
Redmi also confirmed that the Redmi Note 11T lineup will be launching this month. It has revealed that the device will offer turbo-level performance and a flagship quality experience. However, it is yet to share the technical details of the Note 11T lineup.
The Chinese brand is already selling the Note 11T model in India and other markets. Reports have revealed that the company will be launching two phones, namely the Redmi Note 11T and Note 11T Pro, in China. The Note 11T heading to the home market will be different from its global variants.
Redmi Note 11T, Note 11 Pro Specifications (Rumored)
Recently, two Redmi phones with model numbers 22041216C and 22041216UC were certified by the TENAA and 3C regulatory bodies in China. Chinese tipsters have claimed that these models will be launched in the home market as the Redmi Note 11T and Note 11T Pro, respectively.
Both phones are expected to arrive with a 6.6-inch AMOLED FHD+ display and run on the Android 12 OS with MIUI 13. The Note 11T Pro is likely to carry support for a 144Hz refresh rate.
The Note 11T could be powered by the Dimensity 1300 chip, whereas the Note 11T Pro may get the Dimensity 8000 SoC. The former may pack a 4,300mAh (rated value) battery with 67W fast charging support. The latter may come with a 4,890mAh (rated value) battery with 120W fast charging support.
