Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its Xiaomi 13 lineup of smartphones. The flagship lineup by the brand will most probably launch in Q4 2022. However, there are strong rumours on the internet that the brand is going to launch the Redmi K60 lineup of smartphones. The K60 series’ launch is said to take place in the month of December.
Redmi K60 specifications leaked; what to expect from it?
The Redmi K60 lineup will land as a successor to the existing Redmi K50 series. Anyway, notable tipster Digital Chat Station on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo has said that the Redmi K60 smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. It’s going to be the next flagship killer chipset from the house of MediaTek.
The chipset hasn’t been revealed yet and the launch is expected on November 8th, 2022. He further says that K60 will feature a 48-megapixel primary camera with support for Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology. It may offer a 16-megapixel selfie snapper housed on the front side of the device.

The Redmi K60 will also boast an AMOLED screen that supports a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It may be powered by a 4500mAh battery with 67W fast wired charging capability. It will also start up right out of the box with the most recent MIUI overlay built on top of Android 13. Apart from this, there isn’t much we can say about the device. Let’s wait a few more weeks; perhaps then the company will provide some official teasers.
