Xiaomi announced that it will soon launch a new cheap smartphone in India, and the Redmi A2 will land in India on May 19. Xiaomi previously launched the Redmi A2 and Redmi A2+ phones for the European market, but this time it has not been confirmed whether the Redmi A2+ will land in the Indian market together.
Redmi A2 mobile is equipped with a 6.52-inch 720×1600 water drop display, built-in MediaTek Helio G36 chip, with 2 GB or 3 GB memory, 32 GB storage, support for expandable storage, rear 8 million pixel camera + auxiliary camera, Front-facing 5-megapixel selfie camera, built-in 5000mAh battery, supports 10W charging, uses microUSB port, comes with 10W charger in the box, retains 3.5mm headphone jack, preheating interface shows that it supports Android 13 (possibly Go version) system, 5G networks are not supported.
The Redmi A2+ phone is almost the exact same device as the Redmi A2 but with one added feature: a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
