The Red Magic 8 Pro series mobile will be released in China at the end of 2022, with prices starting at 3,999 CNY. Recently, the Red Magic 8 Pro series went to the international market, canceling the Pro+ version and changing its name to the Void version.
The Global version of the Red Magic 8 Pro is only available in 12GB + 256GB, with a Dark Night Rider back cover; the Red Magic 8 Pro Void is only available in a 16GB + 512GB version, with a deuterium front transparent back cover, and the appearance of the domestic version can be freely chosen.

The battery life parameters of the two global versions of the phone are the same, equipped with a 6000mAh battery + 65W flash charge. The China version of the Red Magic 8 Pro has a 6000mAh battery + 80W flash charge, and the Red Magic 8 Pro+ has a 5000mAh battery + 165W flash charge. It can be said that the global version has been fully downgraded in terms of charging.
In terms of other configurations, the global version is basically the same as the domestic version. The Red Magic 8 Pro series is equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 + full blood version LPDDR5X memory + UFS4. All-in-one magic control, supports mobile light chasing.
In terms of screen, the Red Magic 8 Pro series uses a 6.8-inch 2480×1116 BOE flexible OLED straight screen, known as the world’s first under-screen flexible straight screen, with a screen ratio of 93.7%, left and right borders of 1.48mm, and supports PWM dimming + DC dimming, 120Hz refresh rate, 960Hz touch sampling rate, peak brightness of 1300nit, 10bit color depth, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and also equipped with off-screen fingerprint recognition and off-screen proactive.
The Red Magic 8 Pro series is equipped with 520Hz gaming shoulder keys, dual X-axis linear motors, 240MHz high-frequency concurrent HBS+9 antenna matrix WiFi, 1115K+1216 ultra-linear stereo dual speakers, and 3.5mm headphone jack + 3 microphone system.
In terms of imaging, the Red Magic 8 Pro has a front 16MP under-screen camera, and a rear 50MP main camera (Samsung S5KGN5, 1/1.57-inch super outsole) + 8MP ultra-wide-angle + 2MP macro triple camera.
The global version of the Red Magic 8 Pro is priced at US$650 (currently about 4,394 CNY), and the Red Magic 8 Pro Void is priced at US$800 (currently about 5,408 CNY) and will be available on February 2.
