Realme Pad X 5G battery size, fast charging support, and display details confirmed

The Realme Pad X 5G will be launching on May 26 as China’s first-ever Realme tablet. The Weibo handle of the Realme Pad has revealed new details about the display and battery of the Pad X. Here is all that is known about the tablet so far.

The Realme Pad X 5G features an 11-inch LCD display that offers a 2K resolution and supports filtering harmful blue rays. It is equipped with Dolby Atmos powered quad speakers. The tablet will pack an 8,340mAh battery that carries support for 33W fast charging.

The company has also confirmed that the Realme Pad X 5G can be used in landscape for video calls. In addition, it features a portrait centering function, which functions similar to the Center Stage available on the iPad. The tablet will also carry support for stylus.

The official images of the tablet that were released last week confirmed that it will come in three colors: Bright Chessboard Green, Sea Salt Blue, and Star Grey. It will be available in 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage configurations.

Realme is yet to confirm whether the tablet will come in Wi-Fi-only and Wi-Fi + Cellular variants. Speculations are rife that the tablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset.

The Realme Pad X 5G will be the third tablet from the brand. Last year, the company entered the tablet market by releasing the Helio G80 powered Realme Pad in other Asian countries. The Realme Pad Mini with the Unisoc T616 chip onboard was announced earlier this year. As can be seen from the above-mentioned specs, the Pad X 5G will be the company’s first 5G-ready and most powerful tablet.
