Realme Narzo 50 5G, Narzo 50 Pro 5G launched with 90Hz display, Dimensity 810 / 920 chipset: specifications, price

Today, Realme hosted an event in India where the company launched two new Narzo 50 series smartphones. The launched products are the vanilla Realme Narzo 50 5G and the Narzo 50 Pro 5G. These two smartphones have become the newest members of the company’s Narzo family of smartphones, where they will join the Narzo 50, Narzo 50A, Narzo 50A Prime, and the Narzo 50i.

Realme Narzo 50 5G specifications and features

The Realme Narzo 50 5G  is coming with a 6.6” FHD+ display. The screen will have a 90Hz refresh rate, touch sampling of 180Hz, and a resolution of 2400*1080. 

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G processor along with ARM Cortex A76 GPU. Narzo 50 will have up to 6GB of RAM and 5GB of dynamic RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. There is a slot for a microSD card which is expandable up to 1TB. 

Realme Narzo 50 5G

The device is running Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0. At the back of the device, there is a dual-camera setup. The Ultra-HD primary camera of 48MP and a 2MP B&W portrait lens. On the front of the device, there is an 8MP camera for selfies and video calling. 

The Narzo 50 is sporting a 5,000 mAh battery with the support of 33W Dart charge technology. The additional features include dual speakers and a fingerprint scanner on the side. 

Realme Narzo 50 5G price and availability 

The Realme Narzo 50 5G will come in three variants. The devices will be available from May 24 via Amazon India, Realme.com, and retail stores. 

4GB + 64GB – Rs. 15,999 ($206)

4GB + 128GB – Rs. 16,999 ($219)

6GB + 128GB – Rs. 17,999 ($231)

Realme also has announced a launch offer for these devices. The customers who will make the purchase via HDFC credit card or debit card or EMI will get additional Rs. 2,000 discount.

Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G specifications and features

The Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G is coming with a 6.4” Super AMOLED FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. This will be a very bright display, the peak brightness of the device is 1,000 nites.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G processor and the ARM Mail-G68 GPU. The device will have up to 8GB of RAM, 5GB of virtual RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. 

Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G

The device is running Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0. At the back of the device, there is a triple-camera setup. A primary camera of 48MP, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera with a 4cm focal length. On the front of the device, there is a 16MP camera for selfies and video calling. 

This pro version of Narzo 50 is also sporting a 5,000 mAh battery with the support of 33W Dart charge technology. According to Realme, the device will charge up to 50% within 31 minutes and 100% within 70 minutes. A few additional features like dual speakers and in-display fingerprint sensors have been added.

The Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G will come with two variants. The devices will be available from May 26 via Amazon India, Realme.com, and retail stores. 

6GB + 128GB – Rs. 21,999 ($283)

8GB + 128GB – Rs. 23,999 ($309)

This device also carries the same HDFC bank launch offer from Realme of Rs. 2,000 discount on the original price.
