Realme GT Neo 5 TENAA Listing Reveals Full Specifications

China’s TENAA authority has approved the Realme GT Neo 5 240W and 150W models, which have the model numbers RMX3708 and RMX3706, respectively. Their TENAA listings have revealed all the major specs of the device.

Realme GT Neo 5 Specifications (Rumored)

The Realme GT Neo 5 (RMX3708) measures 163.85 x 75.75 x 8.9mm and weighs around 199 grams. It has a 6.74-inch OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels and 10-bit colors. The screen is integrated with a fingerprint scanner.

It has a 16MP camera on the front. The back panel of the phone has a 50-megapixel primary camera. Rumors are rife that it has a Sony IMX890 camera sensor with OIS support. It is coupled with 8MP and 2MP auxiliary cameras for ultra-wide and macro shots.

Under the hood, the Realme GT Neo 5 240W has the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which appears to be an under-clocked version since it has a 3.0GHz processing speed. The device is equipped with 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of internal storage.

The device has a 2225mAh dual-cell battery. As can be seen, TENAA lists only the capacity of one of its batteries. Rumors are rife that its battery will offer a combined capacity of 4,600mAh. It is expected to support 240W fast charging, as per the 3C listing of the device.

The TENAA listing of the Realme GT Neo 5 150W (model number RMX3706) has the same specs as its RMX3708 variant. It seems to be packed with a 5,000mAh battery (typical value) and is expected to support 150W fast charging. TENAA states that it will also come in a 1TB version.
