Realme GT 3 certified by BIS India: Support 240W fast charging

The world’s first Realme GT3 phone with 240W charging function has been released at MWC 2023. The Realme GT3 phone 8GB+128GB is priced at US$650 (currently about 4466 CNY).

The device, which is expected to launch in India soon, has now appeared on the Indian BIS certification website with the model number RMX3709. The Realme GT 3 phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, up to 240W fast charging and a 144Hz refresh rate AMOLED display.

The Realme GT3 phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and uses three 100W charging chips to achieve a charging efficiency of 98.5% (with sufficient safety margin). That power comes from a dual GaN charger, which is the same size as last year’s Realme 150W charger. Also features a special 12A USB cable. The Realme GT3 has a 4600mAh battery that can be fully charged in about 9 minutes and 30 seconds. The phone will charge to 20% in 80 seconds and 50% in 4 minutes.

Realme says it implements 60 layers of protection, and it is the first battery to support over 200W charging and to be certified by TUV Rheinland. In theory, the phone can hold 80 percent of its capacity after 1,600 charge cycles.

The Realme GT3 phone adopts Tianma 144Hz 1.5K flagship direct screen, adopts T7 + new generation flagship luminescent material, has 1400nit local peak brightness, supports 144Hz gaming-level high refresh rate, 7-speed intelligent dynamic refresh rate, 2160Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming , 5000000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.

The Realme GT3 phone adopts a transparent RGB design on the right side of the rear camera. You can see the stainless steel chip nameplate, RGB breathing light, NFC antenna, and positioning screws. At the same time, the rear wake-up halo system supports 25 colors, 2 display modes, and 5 gears speed adjustment etc.

The Realme GT3 phone is equipped with Sony IMX890 OIS super outsole optical image stabilization flagship main camera, with 50 million super high pixels, 1/1.56 inch super large photosensitive area, 2.0μm four-in-one super large pixels, f / 1.88 super large aperture. The machine is also equipped with an 8MP (Sony IMX355) ultra-wide-angle + 2MP (Geco Micro GC02M1) microscope camera.

The Realme GT3 phone is equipped with an X-axis linear motor, equipped with Dolby Atmos dual speakers, supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, infrared remote control, and is equipped with a realme UI 4.0 system based on Android 13.

The Realme GT3 phone also has 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB and 16GB+512GB, as well as a special 16GB+1TB storage version, which is available in two colors: Holy Land White and Zhou Ye Black. The time to market in each region will vary. Worldwide sales begin in May or June.
