On September 21, Realme asked users in its overseas community if they wanted a feature similar to Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, called “Dynamic Island”.

Realme says that “the UI around the camera hole could morph into different shapes and sizes to show incoming calls, alerts, notifications, etc.”, like Apple’s Dynamic Island. Realme finds the idea “very appealing” and has asked its fans for “ideas and suggestions on how to implement this software feature on Realme devices”.

"Comment in the form of a drawing, GIF or simple text and explain how the potential realme Island would work, what it would look like and what its benefits would be."

Realme has also created a special image where you can see a yellow circle around the circular opening of the camera, which seems to be meant to be taken seriously.

The Dynamic Island, a new design brought to Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models, is a pill-shaped area that replaces the bangs on previous models. With the help of software, the island can morph into different shapes and sizes, and later this year the feature will also support Live Activities in third-party apps.

Currently, the island can display around 30 types of information, including call alerts, AirPods and other accessories being connected, Face ID authentication, Apple Pay, AirDrop, AirPlay, car keys in the Wallet app, unlocking the iPhone with Apple Watch, charging and low battery alerts, ring/silent mode switching, various NFC interactions Apple Watch is also available with the following features: Apple Pay, AirDrop, AirPlay, car keys in the Wallet app, unlock iPhone with Apple Watch, charging and low battery alerts, ringtone/silent mode switching, various NFC interactions, focus mode changes, Quick Command, Airplane mode, SIM card reminder and Find My.
