Realme vice president, global marketing president, and president of China Xu Qi today announced that in 2023, Realme after-sales service will be a comprehensive strategic upgrade.
Realme will achieve 100% service network coverage of prefecture-level cities in 2023, the construction of 72 repair centers, and the average time to repair less than 3 days, to support fingerprint-free delivery.
Realme has launched the hotly debated Realme GT Neo5 in the domestic market with the debut of 240W fast charging, and the Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola version in overseas.
Xu Qi previously said that the future Realme China market product line will be reorganized into the GT series, digital series, and V series.
