Realme launched a new mid-range Realme 12 series 5G phone in the Indian market, with a starting price of 16,999 rupees (Note: currently about 1,476 RMB). The Realme 12 series includes two models: Realme 12 5G and Realme 12+ 5G, which run realme UI 5.0 based on the Android 14 operating system and promise to provide 2 years of system updates and 3 years of security patch updates.
The prices of Realme 12 series 5G phones are as follows:
Realme 12 5G: The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version is priced at 16,999 rupees (currently approximately 1,476 RMB), and the 8GB memory + 128GB storage version is priced at 17,999 rupees (currently approximately 1,562 RMB). Available in two colorways: Forest Green and Twilight Purple.
realme 12+ 5G: The 8GB memory + 128GB storage version is priced at 20,999 rupees (currently about 1,823 RMB), and the 8GB memory + 256GB storage version is priced at 21,999 rupees (currently about 1,910 RMB). Available in two colorways: Navigation Beige and Pioneer Green.

MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset, using TSMC 6nm process, Mali-G68 GPU graphics processor.
The rear camera uses Sony’s 50MP LYT-600 main sensor, which supports OIS optical image stabilization and EIS electronic image stabilization, supplemented by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP portrait lens; the front camera is 16MP.
