QNAP announced the launch of a new dual-port QXG-25G2SF-E810 25GbE SFP28 network expansion card. The pricing and launch date of this product.
QXG-25G2SF-E810 is equipped with an Intel E810-XXVAM2 controller, supports PCIe Gen 4 (backwards compatible with Gen 3), and can be installed in NAS and Windows/Linux workstations/servers.
It adopts a low-latency enterprise-level 25GbE network mode and is suitable for scenarios and tasks such as server rooms, virtualization applications, media streaming/real-time editing, and data backup/recovery.
QXG-25G2SF-E810 provides two 25GbE SFP28 network ports, which can aggregate multiple networks through SMB multi-channel, supporting up to 50 Gbps bandwidth, and is suitable for large file sharing and intensive data transmission.
It is worth mentioning that the use of QXG-25G2SF-E810 in Windows / Linux (including Win11 , Windows Server 2022 and Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) needs to install the corresponding driver. Users can download the required driver from Intel’s official website.
