A manufacturer of advanced wireless power technologies, today announced that it has settled pending litigation and entered into patent license agreements with Nanami and Yootech.
Powermat Technologies noted that Nanami and Yootech have agreed to pay the company a fee for past use of the patented technology and subsequent quarterly license fees. In addition, the three parties agreed to an injunction against unauthorized use of the patented technology.
Elad Dubzinski, CEO of Powermat Technologies, said, “We are very pleased to have reached agreements with Nanami and Yootech. These agreements recognize the value of our intellectual property and validate our licensing program.”
Powermat Technologies reportedly sued Nanami and Yootech in July 2021 for infringement of its patents for systems and methods for achieving continuous inductive power transmission, systems and methods for transmission protection of inductive power sources, and systems and methods for regulating inductive power transmission with encoded communication signals.
