At the 2023 Shanghai International Auto Show, Polestar’s new electric coupe SUV Polestar 4 was officially launched, priced between RMB 349,800 and 533,800, with single and dual motor versions, and a CLTC pure electric range of up to 709 kilometers.

The Polestar 4 has a sporty and stylish exterior design, featuring a slinky SUV shape and dual L-shaped matrix LED headlights. With dimensions of 4839/1994/1544 mm and a wheelbase of 2999 mm, the Polestar 4 is the same length as the Nio EC6 and ES6, but with a longer wheelbase.

The interior of Polestar 4 is simple and generous, with four displays, including a 10.2-inch driver’s instrument screen, a 15.4-inch horizontal center screen, a 14.7-inch (projected size) W-HUD head-up display and a 5.7-inch rear center screen. The driver’s instrument panel, the horizontal center console and the W-HUD head-up display form a three-screen linkage that allows the driver to easily access and operate information. The Polestar 4 also offers a variety of packages to choose from, including the Luxury Package, Premium Package, Performance Package, Nappa Seat Package, Enhanced Driver Assistance Package and more.
Polestar 4 is available in single-motor and dual-motor versions: the dual-motor version is equipped with dual front and rear permanent magnet synchronous motors (front 200 kW / rear 200 kW) with a maximum torque of 686 Nm and accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds; the single-motor version is equipped with a rear permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 200 kW and a maximum torque of 343 Nm for the rear drive motor. Both versions are equipped with a silicon carbide inverter and have an overall CLTC range of 612-709 km.
