According to the introduction, the maximum read and write performance of the SSD with an E31T host will reach 10.5GB/s, which is a PCIe 5.0 SSD storage solution with both performance and power consumption.
Noted that Phison also announced its 12nm-based PCIe 4.0 DRAM-free SSD host PS5027-E27T, which has a maximum read speed of 7400 MB/s and a maximum write speed of 6400 MB/s. Quinlan believes that these two hosts will meet the needs of different PC OEM partner customers.
Phison CEO Pan Jiancheng pointed out that Phison’s new main control chip has already sent samples to customers and is ready for mass production. It is expected that SSD products equipped with Phison’s new main control will be launched in the second half of this year at the earliest.
