The PCIe Gen 5.0 SSD of the Japanese manufacturer CFD Gaming has begun to appear on the market, and the price of 2TB is 49,980 yen (currently about 2,609 CNY).
According to reports, the 2TB model of this series of SSDs has a sequential read speed of 10GB/s, a sequential write speed of 9.5GB/s, a random read speed of 1,500K IOPS, and a random write speed of 1,250K IOPS.
In terms of design, this series of SSDs adopts M.2 Type 2280 D2 (double-sided) design, with a built-in 20mm small fan to assist cooling, the main control is Phison PS5026-E26, the flash memory is Micron 3D TLC B58R, and the 2TB model has 4GB DRAM cache.
The PCIe 5.0 SSD HOF EXTREME 50 released by the domestic manufacturer GALAX has basically the same speed specifications as the CFD Gaming model, and it is expected to be launched in China soon.
