According to 43Rumors broke the news, Panasonic is developing a new product with phase detection autofocus will be named GH7 instead of GH6II.
The Panasonic Lumix GH7 is said to be more than just a new version of the GH6 with the addition of phase-detection AF, it’s a heavily upgraded new machine. However, we’re not sure when the GH7 will be released at the moment, with foreign media speculating that it could be released in mid to late 2024.
Panasonic released the Lumix G9M2 micro-single camera, equipped with a new sensor and phase detection autofocus technology, which is the first in the LUMIX G series of micro-single with PDAF technology cameras.
