According to digital blogger @DigitalChat, OPPO will launch a new mid-range phone with an IMX890 main camera and MariSilicon X chip, of which the IMX890 will be used as a flagship ultra-wide angle secondary camera in the future.
The blogger also revealed that this OPPO mid-range model will feature a centered single-hole curved screen and a rear lens arrangement similar to Reno9 while continuing the Deco design of its predecessor.
The MariSilicon X is OPPO’s self-designed, self-developed image-specific NPU chip, using a 6nm process.
According to previous revelations, the IMX890 is a 50-megapixel sensor with a conventional male outsole, which is expected to be used in the mid-range main camera and secondary camera of the imaging flagship.
In addition, the OPPO Reno9 series is expected to have a Snapdragon 778G + 64MP main camera, as well as a Skyguard 8000 + 50MP Sony IMX 766 configuration.
