After the user opens the cardiovascular assessment app on OPPO Watch 3 Pro, follow the prompts to fix the dial with the thumb and index finger, and at the same time, touch the electrode on the side of the dial with the index finger and keep still for 60 seconds to complete the measurement. According to reports, this function can measure five health values of blood vessel elasticity, ECG, heart rate, pressure, and blood oxygen.
