OPPO SuperVOOC 80W flash car charger leaked online, to be priced at 199 yuan

Over the years there have been a lot of advancements in charging speed, now we are expecting an OPPO SuperVOOC 80W flash car charger. At MWC22, OPPO set a new charge speed bar standard for other manufacturing companies to attain. With a 200W SuperVOOC charger, the BBK subsidiary promises full charge in minutes.

Most advancements in charging speed technology occur in regular charging bricks. But, OPPO is once again showing off its prowess in the charging field, and this time with car chargers. Images of an 80W OPPO car charger were sighted on the internet, pointing to a possible launch in the coming months.

This isn’t the first car charger from OPPO, the company has a 65W fast car charger which went on sale in the year 2019. The 65W SuperVOOC car charger comes with only one port and supports all OPPO devices with support for flash charging (either VOOC or SuperVOOC). Its design adjusts the output power intelligently according to different phone specifications, hence protecting the phone’s battery.

The coming fast far charger from OPPO will come with two charging ports (USB Type-A and Type-C port). The Type-A port will have a maximum charge of 80W. On the other hand, when the two ports are in use, it’d charge at 63W.

This charging device will go on sale for 199 yuan (~$29.73). There is no information as to when it’d be available for purchase, but we can tell that sales will soon commence. Already the OPPO SuperVOOC 80W fast car charger has been spotted on Xianyu.
