The OPPO Reno11 series phones were released on November 23. Now OPPO has brought new features to the two new phones.
Reno11 Moonlight Gem, Reno11 Pro Turquoise Green
According to reports, the OPPO Reno11 series can measure heart rate and sleep without additional equipment. The heart rate information can be obtained by gently placing the phone on the chest for 15 seconds; when sleeping, the phone is placed next to the pillow to monitor sleep stages, heart rate, breathing rate, snoring and other comprehensive indicators. Evaluate sleep quality; add family members to freely choose to share data, and obtain health data as soon as possible when abnormal health data occurs.
Experience path: Open the “Health” App – click on the “Health” module – click on Heart Rate / Sleep / Family Health Card – to experience the functions.
It should be noted that the sleep monitoring function only supports OPPO Reno11 Pro models. This function uses the IMU sensor of the phone to obtain the bed vibration and BCG signal caused by the heartbeat to realize sleep staging, sleep continuous heart rate, and sleep breathing rate monitoring. If you need to monitor sleep snoring, you can turn on the watch wind function.
