OPPO announced today that OnePlus Ace 2 / OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact custom gift box / OnePlus Ace 2V models will start the official version upgrade of Android 14×ColorOS 14.
Before upgrading to the official version of ColorOS 14, OnePlus Ace 2 / OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact custom gift box users need to ensure that the mobile phone version has been upgraded to the basic version 13.1.0.183, 13.1.0.184, and the OnePlus Ace 2V has been upgraded to the basic version 13.1. 0.172.
It should be noted that the official version of ColorOS 14 is pushed gradually and not in full. Users who have not received the push can go to “Settings > About this machine > Top version information (above the phone name) > Settings in the upper right corner > Early adopter application > ColorOS 14 official version > Check “I have read and agree to the “Privacy Policy” > Apply now” and then follow the prompts to apply.
In addition, due to the particularities of some customized models, you cannot receive the version push immediately after registering and passing the official version of ColorOS 14. OPPO will collect the information of users who signed up for the OnePlus Ace 2 Genshin Impact custom gift box and push the version manually. Generally, you will receive the official version push about 3 working days after registration.
